Guarantees of Attendance
In order to properly plan and execute your event, it is important that you provide us with your meal event guarantee(s) five (5) business days prior to your event, otherwise the expected number stated on your confirmation will apply. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction.
Payment is full is due 3 days prior to your event.
Food and Beverage Policy
All food and beverage items served in the restaurant must be provided by and catered by the restaurant. Food and beverage items may not be brough
in unless approved by restaurant.
Alcoholic Beverages
Due to increasingly stringent liquor liability laws, we are required to inform you of the following Castaldi’s Market & Grill at Tower City is committed to a policy of providing legal, proper, and responsible hospitality. The Restaurant’s liquor license requires that beverages only be dispensed by Restaurant employees and bartenders. Alcohol may not be served to guests under the age of 21, and unable to produce acceptable identification. We reserve the right to refuse or
terminate the service of alcoholic beverages at any time if such service would be inconsistent with our Alcohol /service Policy.
Bars will not be set up for
any student-related functions.
Minimum Revenues
Minimum Revenues are required for all Friday and Saturday night functions. Minimum Revenues are established by the restaurant based on the amount of space reserved. Minimum Revenues may be required on any other dates, at the discretion of the restaurant. Minimum Revenues are based on food, Beverage, taxes and gratuity it does not include parking.
Parking
Additional parking charges may apply. Parking is available at Tower City Parking. Valet is available at the restaurant. Prices are subject to change.
